Ans: You will get 10 minutes to speak with the doctor. Time will increase according to your health condition

Can prescriptions and test reports be shared during online consultation sessions?

Ans: Yes, You can share the file or image of the prescription or report at the time of consultation.

Is refund available after cancellation of any online consultation appointments?

Ans: You will get refund within 5-7 working days.

If in any case, I miss the consultation call then what should I do?

Steps to book a diagnostics test on DOC24 app?

Ans: To book diagnostic tests on DOC24 app follow these steps.

Step 1: Click on ‘Book test’

Step 2: Fill the form

Step 3: Now upload the prescription given to you by your doctor+

Step 4: Write the test name that you are looking for.

Step 5: Submit the form.

Step 6: Wait for our executive’s call

Step 7: Last step is to select Home visit or Clinic visit, and then process the payment.

Can diagnostics tests be booked for home visits?

Ans: You will be able to choose the option ‘Home visit’ while booking a test. A lab specialist will visit your home to collect your sample for the test which need to be performed

Is Fasting necessary before taking the test?

Ans: Fasting is not necessary for some tests. It totally depends and varies for different tests.

When will I receive the test result?

Ans: Generally it takes between 24-48 hours for the result to come. Some of the test reports may take longer.

Will the test report be delivered at my home?

Ans: The test results will be available on the DOC 24 application as well as on the website under ‘Test Report’ section. For accessing your report you must first sign into your account

Ans: Booked tests can be cancelled, but for that you must need to drop us an email at info@doc24wellness.com or call us at 8742-911-911.

How are medicines ordered on DOC24 app?

Ans: There are many ways of ordering medicine through DOC24 APPLICATION:

Method 1: This method is known as e-prescription method. Once you have taken an online consultation, you will receive an e-prescription. You must click on that tab and upload prescription to submit form and order medicines online.

Method 2: Prescription Document: This is an easy way just click the picture of your offline prescription and upload the image into the upload prescription section, then select the medicine and choose the payment method and you are done.

Method 3: Directly write the name of the medicine you want to order. Some of the Medicines may not require prescription. So you will be able to order directly.

Can medicines be ordered without prescription?

Ans: Some of the medicines can be ordered without prescription but most of the medicines need prescription that is necessary.

When will I receive my order?

Ans: Your order will be delivered within 2-4 hours.

What are the payment options available?

Ans: You can pay via using Debit/credit card, net banking, payment wallet, UPI, & Cash on Delivery (COD).

How I track my order?

Ans: It is a simple process, just click on ‘my order’. Then select the order and click on ‘track order’.

What happens if the prescription is rejected?

Ans: This happens due to two cases, first the prescription is out to date, and second the picture uploaded is unclear.
